WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that life happens that is beyond our control, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the reservation date. For long-term stay cancellation policies, please see our Airbnb listing for details.
IS THIS HOME SAFE FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN?
Unfortunately, our property is not set up for small babies and children. In special cases, we have welcomed small children, so please contact us to discuss your situation.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
We know you love fur babies, but we do not accept any pets. We have regular customers who stay with us who are highly allergic to any animal fur and/or dander. We highly respect those who have disabilities, but we ask that you choose a rental that is animal-friendly.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Smoking, tobacco products, or vaping is strictly prohibited in the space. There is a patio in the yard where smoking is permitted. An ashtray is provided, and we kindly ask that you dispose of all smoking products.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we welcome you to stay with us for more extended visits. We have traveling medical professionals who often stay with us. We offer a 30% discount for stays longer than 28 days and a 10% discount for weekly stays. If the reservation is cut short, the discount will be adjusted to either the regular nightly rate or another discount that may apply.
